The freezing process of these whole fish follows the next scheme:
Reception and classification of fish either by size or by weight.
Freezing of the fish in blocks of different sizes depending on the clients’ specifications (10;12;15;20;22Kg).
Packaging of the fish blocks in hermetically thermosealed plastic bags.
Parcelling of the packaged fish blocks in corrugated cardboard boxes and further palletization.
Storage of fish at -21ºC until its expedition.
